History

TRI Staffing, opened in 1978, is the largest privately owned staffing company in Alabama.

CEO, Jim Nolen, received his B.S. in Personnel and Industrial Relations from the University of Alabama and worked 14 years for Shell Oil Company in Human Resource Management. He started TRI Staffing over 20 years ago and is still actively involved in the management of the company.

President, Mike Stockard received his B.S. in Accounting from The University of Alabama and practiced accounting for 3 years. He has been in the staffing industry since 1994 and managed offices in Alabama, Georgia, and North Carolina. Mike joined TRI Staffing in 2002.

Currently, TRI Staffing has 10 locations throughout Alabama.
