History

This central Ohio staffing firm was started in 1946 by the Dawson family to help veterans returning from WWII to find employment. The DeCapua family purchased the company in 1966, and it is still owned by the DeCapuas today. In the spring of 2004, Dawson Resources hired Michael Linton, former CEO of Adecco SA’s North American operations, to serve as CEO and leader of the company. Michael Linton brings a breadth of experience to this leadership role.

Healthcare A team of recruiters specializes in placing qualified nurses, physicians, and other allied health professionals in full-time positions and on contractual assignments.

TRIGA Triga is a managed vendor service that procures and supports all aspects of supplemental staffing for large users of contingent staffing. Utilizing a national portfolio of staffing providers, TRIGA selects the most qualified talent in the marketplace and manages all aspects of their placement within the client organization.

Office This division fulfills the traditional role of a temporary staffing service, providing highly qualified applicants to local companies in a timely manner.

Works The industrial temporary division recruits and places a dependable, flexible workforce in the manufacturing, warehousing, light industrial, and distribution industries.
